习惯成自然

曾经在书上读过,只要持续做一件事情长达21天,那件事情就会自然成为习惯,然而自己在不同的事物尝试过这方法后,觉得效力没想象中好,为做而做,想靠盲目的努力去达成, 少了一份初始的动力和内心的喜爱,很难贯彻始终,所以,培育好习惯时不该单单把”养成某习惯”当成最终目标,而是把这习惯背后所带来的好处当成前进的动力.
